Site Finding / Premises Approvals – We have a retained Property Agent who will initiate a search for property, guide you through the appraisal of properties and negotiate the lease on your behalf. We have a negotiated a competitive 'fixed fee' on your behalf for this service.
Funding – We will help provide the necessary information to allow you to produce a business plan for submission to financial institutions, should you look to help finance your business in this way. We also have excellent relationships with the Franchise Specialists in the High Street Banks and can help in introductions etc.
Operational Training – We will arrange for the Franchisee and a partner / manager to undergo a comprehensive bakery training program at one of our Company owned store in Cornwall. Our trainer will carry out 1-1 training, ensuring that you are fully trained in all aspects in the running of an Oggy Oggy Van Operation.
Development of Your Van Operation – We will assist in every area involving the development of a property for conversion to an Oggy Oggy Van Operation. We will support you to get plans and quotations for the conversion of the property, liaising with any local authorities, ordering equipment and arranging the fit out and development programme.
Opening Support – Our trainer will be in store to assist you in the opening of your business. We will support you in the training of any staff as well as being on hand to ensure the smooth opening of the business during the first week of operation.
Uniforms – We will provide 3 sets of corporate uniforms to the franchisee and their drivers for their training period.
Signage – We will provide the Oggy Logo on the external signage to the Franchisee on a 'free on loan' basis for the duration of the Franchise Agreement.
Manuals – We provide a full, comprehensive, Operations Manual, covering every area in the running of your Oggy Oggy Franchise.
Licensing Rights – The Initial Franchise Fee covers all use of the Oggy Oggy trading name and licensing rights for 5 years from which the Franchisee can trade under the Oggy Franchise system (renewable by mutual agreement for a further 5 years).
