Ten steps to owning an Oggy Oggy van franchise

  1. Application - Complete the Application Form and return to us or simply call for an informal discussion.

  2. See the business - Visit an Oggy Oggy Van operation to gauge if this is the business for you.

  3. Initial Interview - Get to know us and we get to know you. We will assess your suitability to become a Franchisee and you will decide whether this is a business that you would like to own.

  4. Visit us and discuss the Opportunity – We will invite you to visit us at Crantock Bakery to meet the team, sample some products and discuss further whether this is a fit for both parties. Confidentiality Agreement – We will jointly sign an agreement signaling our joint intent to proceed. This enables us to issue you with a Formal Franchise Agreement to be reviewed by you Solicitor.

  5. Franchise Agreement – Sign a Franchise Agreement and pay deposit on your Franchise Fee - £5,000. We will instruct our retained Property Agent (if required) and also introduce you to the Franchise Departments at some of the Main High Street Banks, to help you plan your funding etc. We can also help you build a business plan and further brief you in becoming a Franchisee.

  6. Property Approval & Lease - Locate an appropriate industrial unit location. We will work with our property agents (if needed) as well as suggesting that you carry out your own search of your required area. Any identified unit will be formally approved by us prior to you signing a lease. Our Agent will also help negotiate the best terms on any property.

  7. Development Phase – Our designated unit-fit companies will draw up plans and discuss with you layouts and provides full budgeted costs. We will then work with you and arrange the ordering of equipment and necessary items to fit out your Oggy Oggy Van Franchise for opening.

  8. Pay balance of Franchise Fee - 4 weeks prior to the opening of your Franchise store you will pay us the balance of your Franchise Fee – £4,995

  9. Training – We will train you for a week at one of our locations, making sure that you have all of the necessary skills and knowledge of what is required to run an Oggy Oggy operation.

  10. Launch and Open your Business – We will be there at the opening to help train your staff and provide a week of opening support to you and your team.
